Pole
The signature class. Beginner-friendly spins, footwork, and combos on the pole. The bride’s spotlight moment usually happens here.
What to wear: Shorts and a sports bra. Skip lotion or oils on arms and legs the day of class.
A private, beginner-friendly bachelorette party in Charleston, SC. Pick from pole, heels, floorwork, or stretching. The bride gets her spotlight, the group gets the studio to themselves, and nobody needs an ounce of experience to walk out feeling like a million dollars.
Two hours of brunch is great. Another bar crawl is fine. But a private pole class is the part of the weekend the bride keeps texting about.
Charleston has the food and the beaches and the rooftops. That part isn’t hard. The hard part is finding one activity the whole group is into, that works whether half of them flew in last night, and that gives you photos worth keeping. A private bachelorette party at our Charleston studio does that. Pick from pole, heels, floorwork, or stretching (or mix a couple). The space is yours for the booking, the moves are taught for total beginners, and by the end the bride’s cheeks hurt from smiling.
Every booking includes the studio to yourselves, an instructor who knows how to read a room, and built-in time for the camera roll.
Just your group, the whole time. No other classes running.
Taught step-by-step in the style you pick. No experience needed.
A short routine the whole group dances together.
Built into class. Her solo, her photos, her time.
Time set aside so the camera roll actually happens.
Bring your own songs.
Pick one (pole, heels, floorwork, stretch) or combine a few.
Warm, low-pressure, and great with first-timers.
Choose one for the whole class or mix two or three. Most bachelorette groups pick a couple (pole + heels is the most-booked combo) and the instructor builds the session around it.
The signature class. Beginner-friendly spins, footwork, and combos on the pole. The bride’s spotlight moment usually happens here.
What to wear: Shorts and a sports bra. Skip lotion or oils on arms and legs the day of class.
Sultry, confident, runway-style choreography in heels. Empowering, and surprisingly easy to pick up.
What to wear: Leggings or shorts. Bring your own dance heels.
Sensual sliding, rolling, and shapes on the floor. Slow, controlled, and great for photos.
What to wear: Long sleeves recommended. Knee pads are a smart move.
Slow-flow body opening. Calming, restorative, and a great option for groups that want a lower-intensity class.
What to wear: Comfortable workout clothes. Whatever feels good to move in.
Tell us which styles your group wants on the booking form. Or write “you pick” and we’ll suggest something based on your group’s vibe.
Most groups have never touched a pole. The instructor knows that, plans for it, and breaks everything down until it feels easy. There’s no upper-body strength test and nothing you have to do if you don’t feel like it. Show up, have a laugh, and try things you didn’t know you could do.
Dance Your Life Studio sits at 1703 Savannah Hwy Unit 3, Charleston, SC 29407, easy to reach from downtown, West Ashley, Folly Beach, Mount Pleasant, and James Island. Most bachelorette groups slot us between brunch and dinner. Parking notes come with your confirmation email.
Pick a day and time, fill in your details, and pay your deposit. Your spot is locked the moment you submit.
Confirmation email lands right away with the studio address, parking info, and what to bring.
Comfy clothes, sashes on, the bride at the front. By the end the group is glowing and ready for whatever is next.
The headline activity for the bride and her crew.
A celebration that doesn’t end up at another brunch spot.
Start the evening already loose and laughing.
A group activity that earns its place in the photo album.
A reason to get the group together that isn’t a wedding.
Empowering, low-pressure, and genuinely fun.

10/10 experience!! My girlfriends and I took a private class for my bachelorette and it was SO much fun! Definitely one of the best highlights from our trip by far!! Megan was an absolutely amazing and talented teacher that made us feel comfortable, able, and was very patient as we learned! It was an unforgettable and super fun experience that we’d definitely do again. Not only was the class amazing, the studio itself is also absolutely beautiful and is a very nice environment! Could not reccomend Dance Your Life Studio enough 💗
Booked a chair dance for a bachelorette and it was amazing! Viktoriya was so accommodating, super prompt and talented. We all had a phenomenal time and would definitely book with her again if we get the chance!
Being from out of the country, but spending a lot of time in Charleston, I was happy to find such a welcoming studio! There aren’t a lot of options to train pole in the area, so I was very excited when Dance Your Life opened. The studio offers week day, day-time classes, which is what I was looking for and even if it’s all levels, Victoria truly knows how to make sure each student is properly challenged. As an intermediate/advanced student, the all levels classes are well balanced! Clean studio (very important for me), welcoming owner/staff and student and competitive prices on bigger size packages!
If you’re planning the weekend, these are the questions that come up first.
Four. Pole, high heels, floorwork, and stretching. Pick one for the whole class or mix a couple.
A 1-hour private party is $120 base + $35 per person. A 1.5-hour party is $180 base + $35 per person. A $150 non-refundable deposit holds your date, and the rest is due one week before the party.
Nope. Most groups have never tried any of this. The class is built for first-timers. Every move is broken down so anyone can do it, and nothing requires upper-body strength.
Depends on the style. For pole, shorts and a sports bra (no lotion on arms or legs). For heels, leggings and a fitted top with your own dance heels. For floorwork, long sleeves and knee pads are smart. For stretching, whatever feels good to move in. We send a refresher in your confirmation email.
Yes. Share your favorite playlist or just tell us your music preferences. The 1.5-hour package especially gives time to dance to your songs.
Always. Both packages have time built in for them. A group set, a bride moment, and free shots throughout. We also offer add-on professional photo and video packages if you want a photographer to capture the day. Just ask at booking.
The earlier the better. Locking in your date as soon as you have one saves your spot for this important day. Weekends in peak bachelorette season fill up fastest, so reach out as soon as you know.
