Plan the day

Charleston Bachelorette Party Ideas

Charleston is a great weekend on its own. The trick is anchoring the day around one private, memorable thing so the rest plans itself. Pick your group’s vibe below and we’ll build the day around it, with a private dance party at Dance Your Life Studio as the midday anchor. Pole, heels, floorwork, stretching: pick the style that fits your group.

What’s your vibe?

Five day plans, all built around a private studio party. Tap a style to see a full-day itinerary, morning to last call.

Heads-up: we only book and run the private studio party itself. Brunch, beach, dinner, and nightlife are yours to plan. These itineraries are here as inspiration, not reservations.

Beach + Sunset

You came for the coast. The day starts barefoot at one of Charleston’s beaches, runs through the studio, and ends with cocktails in the air at golden hour.

  1. 9:30 AM

Coffee + breakfast at the beach

Grab coffee on the way and post up at Folly, Sullivan’s, or Isle of Palms. The bride gets the best seat.

  2. 11:00 AM

    Beach time, group photos

Toes in the sand, sashes optional, the kind of photos you keep going back to.

  3. 1:30 PM

Light lunch on the way back

Something on the lighter side so the group feels great when class starts. Skip the heavy fried stuff for now.

  4. 3:00 PM
    Main event

Private studio party at Dance Your Life Studio

The anchor of the day. Pick your style (pole, heels, floorwork, stretching), or mix a few. Studio is fully yours.

  5. 5:30 PM

    Sunset rooftop drinks

Golden-hour photos and a round (or three) of cocktails. The group is glowing, literally and otherwise.

  6. 8:00 PM

    Casual seafood dinner

Long table at one of the Lowcountry seafood spots. Loud, lively, and exactly the right energy.

The anchor

What the studio class includes

Whichever day style you go with, the middle of the day looks the same: the studio is yours, the bride gets her spotlight, and everyone walks out warmed up for the night ahead.

Private studio

Just your group, the whole time. No other classes running.

Beginner moves

Taught step-by-step in the style you pick. No experience needed.

Fun choreography

A short routine the whole group dances together.

Bride moment

Built into class. Her solo, her photos, her time.

Photo & video time

Time set aside so the camera roll actually happens.

Custom playlist

Bring your own songs.

Mix-and-match styles

Pick one (pole, heels, floorwork, stretch) or combine a few.

Supportive instructor

Warm, low-pressure, and great with first-timers.

Pick your class style

Four styles to choose from

Pick one for the whole class or mix a couple. Most groups go with two complementary styles. Pole + heels is a classic. Pole + floorwork is a hit. Stretching closes things out beautifully.

Pole

The signature class. Beginner-friendly spins, footwork, and combos on the pole. The bride’s spotlight moment usually happens here.

What to wear: Shorts and a sports bra. Skip lotion or oils on arms and legs the day of class.

High Heels

Sultry, confident, runway-style choreography in heels. Empowering, and surprisingly easy to pick up.

What to wear: Leggings or shorts. Bring your own dance heels.

Floorwork

Sensual sliding, rolling, and shapes on the floor. Slow, controlled, and great for photos.

What to wear: Long sleeves recommended. Knee pads are a smart move.

Stretching

Slow-flow body opening. Calming, restorative, and a great option for groups that want a lower-intensity class.

What to wear: Comfortable workout clothes. Whatever feels good to move in.
